<< More Nest Merchandise
Show your Chamber of Ravens Nests pride and promote the organization when you
travel! The plates feature the letters BOP (Birds of Prey) along with the full-color Chamber logo. There
is a $25.00 one-time fee and the plates are as yours as long as you'd like.
Additional Features/Information:
- You will receive identical front and rear plates for your vehicle(s).
- You may request a specific plate number in person at the Glen Burnie MVA depending
on what is available. The MVA does have a limited supply of tags on hand and prints them
in 25 lot increments. No specific plate number can be requested via mail.
- If you have handicapped plates you will not lose your handicapped status. You will
receive a handicapped permit to hang on your rear view mirror.
- If you have a leased vehicle all you need is a power of attorney from the leasing
company to qualify for these plates. Your leasing company can provide you with a one
page, power of attorney document.
- Plates may be displayed on passenger cars, multi-purpose vehicles (jeeps,
motor homes, SUVs, etc.) and trucks up to 10,000 lbs. gross vehicle weight.
- If your existing plates are up for renewal, renew them first! Do not wait for these
special plates (special plate pricing will not be effected if you are up for renewal). Also, do
not send the $25.00 one time fee for these special plates with your renewal.
To Apply For Yours:
- Each interested person will have to fill out an application. Applications are available
from your Nest President or at the Chamber meetings. You can also e-mail
Don Kunkoski for an application. Don's signature
must be on all applications.
- Fill out all fields of the application. Once completed, either mail it to the address
on the back of the form or hand deliver it to the Glen Burnie MVA Office at room 104 (second floor),
where you can pick up your tags.
If you opt to mail the application, along with your check, the plates will be mailed to your address,
at no additional cost.
- Encourage other Nest members to acquire organizational tags.
All old plates must be turned in to the MVA via mail or at various MVA locations throughout
the state. You will have thirty days to do so. DO NOT DISCARD YOUR OLD PLATES!
